DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

  • The products you have purchased are shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Your domestic orders are sent free of charge by Yurtiçi Kargo.

  • Your overseas orders are sent via DHL Express. Your package is delivered within an average of 1-3 business days.

  • DHL charges are applied to your overseas orders according to the country.

  • Cargo delivery cannot be made on weekends and public holidays, the cargo delivery of orders corresponding to these dates will be made on the first working day following the delivery.

  • Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days. The time to reach you may differ depending on your address.

  • The stock control of the products on our site is constantly carried out by our online service team. If there is an instant stock problem and cannot be supplied in the products in your order, you will be informed by reaching your phone number in your membership information and your refund will be made to the account you want quickly.

  • When your order reaches you, check the package for any damage before receiving it. In case of damage to the box, ask the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" without signing a document regarding the delivery and return the package to the cargo officer with the report.

 

REFUND INFORMATION

 

  • In purchases made through our online site, our customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days within the framework of the rules specified in the Consumer Law. You can send your return or exchange requests to us via emelakyz@gmail.com.

  • Products made by special order or changed (products whose dimensions are changed according to demand, special writings on it, etc.) cannot be returned.

  • In accordance with hygiene rules, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The product to be returned must be completely undamaged and unused. Products that are scratched, damaged or physically changed in any way are not refundable.

  • After the product to be returned reaches us, the products are examined and then the return process is initiated.

  • In case of return requests, the invoice of the packaging must be sent along with the product.

  • The product to be returned must comply with the terms of "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 of the Distance Sales Contract and "Products whose Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" in Article 15.

  • For return and exchange requests, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
